Why would I bother to tell my friends about HomePagePal?

HomePagePal is a free service, and in order for it to remain free, we use sponsor advertisements.

However we realize that most people don't want their homepage cluttered with sponsors, so we came up with the idea of a simple trade - You help us promote HomePagePal, and we will remove one sponsor for each person you get to sign up.

Having a sponsor-free homepage is as simple as sending invitations to your friends.

	I sent invitations to my friends, but I didn't get any advertisements removed. Why not?
	It is possible your friend read the invitation but didn't sign up and set HomePagePal as their homepage. We only give credit when you refer us to someone that makes us their homepage. Try re-sending the invitation to your friend, or simply invite other friends to join HomePagePal. When you send out invitations to friends that join, you will have a sponsor free homepage.
